“Excellent location, awesome breakfast and comfy beds”
Only stayed for one night whilst visiting a local nursing home, but great location, easy parking on road which is a bonus in Eastbourne, the owners are really nice and friendly, the room I had was spacious with a side view of the sea. Additionally the bed was really comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was really good, it was piping hot with a good choice, and we had refills of tea and again that was served in a teapot and was piping hot. At the time we stayed the fire alarm went off over breakfast time (set off by a guest) and it was dealt with swiftly, and professionally. There was camaraderie between the guests and staff and the owners responded really well. I really can't fault the place and as I visit Eastbourne often, I will definitely return
“A Lovely guesthouse by the sea”
Great hosts.. and in a great positions right on the sea front. Lovely rooms very clean and tidy..... Enjoyable stay.. The old town just a brisk walk, for the more agile walk up to beachy head the views a breath taking.
