Lets face it some taxi firms make a lot of false promises, at New City VIP we always have cars available to suit your needs, each car is clean, comfortable and is driven by an experienced and knowledgable driver.

Every car has sattelite navigation, two way communication with the office and is tracked by our state of the art GPS system. When we say the driver is on his way we are not making a false promise, we can see where they are, in real time on our computer.

In Preston licensing laws say we can only respond to bookings made in advance and cannot “tout” for business. We work hard to ensure our drivers operate to the highest standards and encourage you to make us aware of anything you are not entirely happy with so it can be dealt with appropriately.
