Our highly skilled management team is continually involved in the recruitment and selection of all grades of staff and both Nurses and Carers are vetted and interviewed to the same high standard, as directed by the N.M.C & C.Q.C

All our clients can be assured that before we assign you a Nurse, Carer, or indeed send you a manager to discuss business, that all grades have undergone a rigorous vetting process which includes gathering at least 2 good employment references, face to face interviews, basic entry point training, induction training (e.g. Skills for Care in progress), CRB at enhanced level, PIN number and ISA Checks/Licences as appropriate.
