We believe we stand out from the crowd because we won't try to tie you in for long periods; we believe that you should continue to use us because we exceed your expectations, not because you can't get out of a contract for several years, further, we know from experience in the industry and knowing our competitors that these long term contracts breed complacency in maintenance providers and we never want to take our customers for granted. In practice most maintenance regimes are covered by agreement, meaning you can cancel at any time. Even our Facilities Management packages only run for twelve months, and then this is only as the costs are generally spread over twelve equal monthly payments.
